Terms Of Services

last updated : 10/31/24Please read my terms of services before commissioning me. I will work under the impression that you've read and agreed to my terms.

General

1. Please do follow the rules indicated, any ill behavior will not be tolerated.
2. I have the right to decline commission requests if I am unable to fulfill your request or it includes contents that I don't draw.

payment

1. Full payment is required upfront before I begin my work. Please don't send payments before I finalize the price.
2. Payment will be via Paypal in USD or PHP.
3. Your email will be required for payment processing platforms, I will never use your information or name beyond the payment form between us.

Timeframe

1. Work completion requires 7-9 days minimum and may take up to 3-4 weeks to a month or two depending on the complexity. The artist is a student therefore it may take some time so please be patient with me.
2. Deadlines or rush commissions won't be accepted.
3. The artist will update the commissioner immediately regarding delays._

Revisions

1. You will be sent a sketch wherein you'll tell tell me what you want to change/fix, remove, or add.
2. After lineart, any further revision will cost a fee depending on the complexity.
3. If I made a mistake regarding the details from the reference, it wont be counted for the revision limit and will be fixed. If the mistake was due to unclear information, it'll be counted in the limit and be charged a fee.
4. The artist will update the commissioner immediately regarding delays.

usage/copyrights

1. Commissioned artwork may be used for personal use but cannot claim it as their own work
2. Reposting the commissioned art on social media is allowed but you must credit me.
3.I own all the rights to my artworks along the rights to post them to promote myself and my art.
4. It is prohibited to use my artwork for commercial use.

refunds

1. No refund unless I am unable to work past the sketching stage.
2. If refund is made the artist will have full rights to recycle/ reuse the art.

communication

1. Ongoing discussion will occur throughout the process. WIP's will be sent to the client after every stage.
2. Artist response may vary, up to 2-3 days.
