Terms Of Services

last updated : 06/04/2026Please read my terms of services before commissioning me. I will work under the impression that you've read and agreed to my terms.

General

1. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
2. I have the right to decline commission requests if I am unable to fulfill your request or it includes contents that I don't draw.

payment

1. Do not pay unless it's through invoice. Payments are processed through Vgen and/or Paypal invoices.2. Smaller commission types require full payment upfront. Please don't send payments before I finalize the price.3. Larger commission types (e.g rendered illustrations) may require a 50% upfront payment and 50% upon completion. Rough draft/ sketch will be sent after the first 50% payment.4. Accepted currencies are USD and PHP.5. Client information collected for payment processing will only be used for commission related transactions.

workflow and queue

1. Commissions are completed in queue order. Please check my trello for queue orders.2. Sundays and Mondays are designated rest days and are not counted as working days.3. Estimated completion time varies depending on workload and commission complexity4. Clients will be notified if delays occur.

RUSH COMMISSIONS AND REVISIONS

1. Rush commissions may be accepted depending on availability. Approved rush commissions incur a 25% fee.2. Requests with deadlines shorter than one week will generally be declines.3. A sketch will be provided for approval before work proceeds.4. Minor revisions may be requested during the sketch stage. Revisions requested after lineart may incur additional fees.5. Changes resulting from unclear or incomplete references may count toward revision limits6. Mistakes made by the artist regarding provided references will be corrected free of charge.
